BigCommerce has a huge list of features and one of the largest help tutorial libraries that we have ever seen. They do an excellent job of laying out all of the nuts and bolts of building your store. BigCommerce offers a drag and drop store builder that is very easy to use to make changes to your design. BigCommerce includes integration with Facebook and powerful SEO features.

BigCommerce is similiar to Volusion. I definitely recommend BigCommerce over Volusion because the software is easier to learn and I feel that the help is much better laid out and there are more predesigned templates available.
